Draper will change Bjurab Sweden AB to Draper Europe AB.
"The relationship between Draper and Bjurab was such that it became apparent that the differences between the two organisations were minimal," said Draper President John Pidgeon. "We saw greater opportunities for success if we worked more closely together as one organisation."
The Euroscreen product line with remain in place in the European market, and will be continue to be developed in Sweden distinct from the Draper brand.
Since acquisition by Draper, Bjurab continued its work on projection screens under the brand Euroscreen. The products are developed and manufactured in Halmstad, Sweden. In the most recent years the Euroscreen product range broadened and today includes control systems, projector lifts and AV furniture.
Today they are working closer than ever with Draper sales department (and as from 2009 they are the exclusive distributor of Draper products in Scandinavia). Göran Peterson, Managing Director, says, "It's important to stress is that products sold by the brand Euroscreen will continue to be developed and manufactured in Sweden to fit the European market…"
